In our joinery we are specialized on custom-build furniture. The customer brings his idea about furniture – draft, photo. Frequently he contact us by the reason of atypical furniture or the product is not on market.

We produce furniture from materials according to customer requirements. We produce from large-size materials – fibreboard coated with sheeting, more often natural veneer, massive materials. So that “scrimp customer pocket” we use combination of wood, boards and veneer. Thereby attain partly effect, that everything is made like from massif, but at the same time near big surface we needn´t be afraid of, that there will be deformation owning to temperature or airy dampness. Surface adjustment is selected according to customer requirements or more often we consult that. If the surface is spattered with paint, then we are using polyurethan paints Milesi or adulterate paints Remmers. Lately is favourite by customers modern way of surface adjustment with wax or wax-oil. Wax is clear or coloured to the all sorts of shades and patina.

Kitchen are separate chapter of furniture. We are competently to produce kitchen on wish of consumer from lamination over veneer as far as massif. From chipboard coated by laminated sheeting we can produce not only kitchen very cheaply, but also another furniture.

The kitchen on the next picture is made from veneer oak board (corpus) and little door are from oak massif. Surface adjustment was consumer option – without staining + paint Remmers. For working board and wall linings was used granite stone.

Kitchen little door most manufacturing from massif, from combination of massif and veneer, or simple little door from lamination. If it consumer requires we are using also little door so-called “sheeted” manufacture in all sorts of shade and design. Sheeted little doors are from companies Grena or Trachea.

We produce front door or inside door.

We make front door according to your imaginings from oak, spruce, pine tree, eventually meranti in design lamella FIX or CINK, sandwich and eventually massif if it is a customer s wish.

Surface adjustment of door is most often performed with high pressure sprayed establishment namely strong-layer glazing. Strong-layer glazing is marked with silk gloss, high coloured stability, transparent surface, perfect washability and long immunity to weather influence. Glazing standardly includes UV filter and is permanent flexible.

Front door on next pictures have not surface adjustment so-called high pressure spattering, but on wish of customer were stained and spattered with high quality ship´s paint. The resulting effect of staining reminds attractive nutty wood (at the same time door are made from pine-tree).

Inner door are made on wish of customers from massif where base production are so-called sandwich materials (see pictures).

Main benefit of these sandwich materials is form stability of single parts of door. There is practical exclusion reclamation from reason deformation material (this happens with massif materials). Attention – it is necessary to not change sandwich design with three-layer lamella, joiner most often use in design CINK, where disturbingly works on size join on wood on perspective sides.

We can also produce veneered interior door. In the event of these door, possibilities of a great quantity form fulfillment are opening, but also by using for example exotic veneer or veneer from rare wood species coming up very representative door. To all type inner door we produce kevel doorframe from the same materials like door.

Surface adjustment of inner door is different from front door. Inner door are stained on your selected shade. The final surface adjustment is paintwork by polyurethane paint Milesi, adulterate paint Remmers or waxing. Waxing is at present very favourite and its indisputable benefits are simply surface corrections e. g. at scratching. We are capably unite surface adjustment inner door with surface adjustment of euro-windows and front door while using same technology. In this case is acting about spray glazing with high pressure establishment. The staining or follow up waxing in this case is not possible.

The customers are going to us with their imaginings (photographs of door) and if they doesn´t know advice we can help them to choose from inexhaustible quantity types of door.

And if they want to produce dividing door to the cowhouse, it isn´t problem for us.

Further several advices to purchase door:

• Prepare yourself, how should your new door look like. If you don´t know, we will give you an advice what shapes are favourite or what are unpractical.
  
  
• As well it is important solving your doorframe evaluation. Witch new door consult building readiness of opening. If it is acting about exchange original door consider carefully exchange also original doorframe.
  
  
• Accessories for door, like as lock, additional locks, closer, hand rail, handle, door step, eyelet, etc.

We produce from euro-windows to original windows.

When using today's technology is simpler to produce than the euro, for example lining window. Our company is mainly engaged in production of the original windows. For most companies it is much more difficult to produce original window than the euro-window.

Therefore, many companies will be forced euro-window that are simple production. We are trying to make the original window, as they were made by our ancestors and technology to align with the new progressive elements (if possible or if the customer wishes).

Wood is the traditional natural material that is destined for the manufacture of windows, because it meets the most demanding technical construction, insulation, and aesthetic requirements mainly present. Of all the materials used for the manufacture of windows has a low coefficient of thermal expansion coefficient of the smallest change of shape, excellent high strength at relatively low weight and has a good thermal insulation properties.
